Natural persons shall include created entities (corporate and unincorporated).
Invitee shall mean any person who is not residing at Gobindgarh Jaisalmer but has been invited by a guest(s) residing at Gobindgarh Jaisalmer.
Guest(s) shall mean any person residing at Gobindgarh Jaisalmer who is at least 18 years of age. In addition, any invitee visiting the residing guest shall be deemed to have accepted and signed the Terms and Conditions at the time of their visit to Gobindgarh Jaisalmer.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If guests require access to rooms before 1:00 PM, the management must be informed in advance. Last-minute amendments may attract an extra charge.
Every guest(s) agrees to payGobindgarh Jaisalmer 100% in advance, the room rate as determined by the property for the period of residence.
Every guest(s) further agrees to pay the property no later than the time of departure (unless agreed in writing by the management) for any food, beverage, other commodities, service charges and/or any other state or central taxes and levies payable by the guest(s) to Gobindgarh Jaisalmer, as determined by the management.
Every guest(s) shall be liable to pay for any damages caused to Gobindgarh Jaisalmer on account of any act, omission, or negligence by the guest(s).
Every guest acknowledges that the room rates may be subject to change without prior notice.Gobindgarh Jaisalmer management reserves the right of admission.
Every guest(s), on his own behalf and on behalf of his accompanying party or his invitees, acknowledges that they are fully aware of and appreciate the real dangers and risks associated with residing at Gobindgarh Jaisalmer, considering the presence of wild and dangerous animals, reptiles, birds, and insects and the attendant real risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and/or loss to property, which may arise as a result of an encounter with the aforementioned presence of animals while on the premises or property of Gobindgarh Jaisalmer.
Every guest(s), on his own behalf and on behalf of his accompanying party, including any minors, further acknowledges that they are well acquainted with and fully aware of the structural and natural characteristics of Gobindgarh Jaisalmer, and the risks involved in residing within the premises, including potential uneven terrain and elevated structures. The attendant real risk of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and/or loss to property may arise in the event of careless and/or reckless behaviour on the part of the guest(s) or their invitees while residing at Gobindgarh Jaisalmer.
Every guest(s), along with his/her accompanying party and invitees, hereby waives all claims of whatsoever cause or nature, howsoever arising, and hereby indemnifies and continues to indemnify and hold harmless and free Gobindgarh Jaisalmer, its management, owners, directors, associates, partners, employees and/or any person connected, whether directly or indirectly, with the running of Gobindgarh Jaisalmer, and fellow guests/invitees, from any and all claims of whatsoever cause or nature by the guest(s) and/or his accompanying party and/or invitees, or by the spouse, common-law wife, children (whether minor or adult), relatives, and/or authorised representatives of the guest(s) or his accompanying party and/or invitees, for any harm, injury, death, or loss suffered by the guest(s), accompanying party and/or invitees while on the premises or property of Gobindgarh Jaisalmer, and whether arising from an act or omission on the part of those hereby indemnified, or any one of them.
Every guest(s), along with his/her accompanying party and invitees, understands that in the event of an injury, Gobindgarh Jaisalmer may, at its sole discretion and without prejudice or admission of liability, arrange and pay for emergency medical treatment for and on behalf of any guest(s), his/her accompanying party and invitees. The same shall not, however, amount to admission of liability on the part of the owners/directors of Gobindgarh Jaisalmer, their associates, servants, employees, and/or any person connected, whether directly or indirectly, with the running of Gobindgarh Jaisalmer.
In the matter of enforcement of any rights or remedies hereunder, in pursuance of these Terms and Conditions, the courts of Jaisalmer alone shall have jurisdiction.
Every guest(s), on his own behalf and on behalf of his accompanying party and/or invitees, upon signing these Terms of Residence, warrants that he has read and understood them, and is duly authorised to sign and bind himself, his principal, as well as each and every guest in his accompanying party, including invitees (if any), to these Terms and Conditions of Residence. Failing such authority, the signing guest(s) agrees to be personally liable to pay for the residence of guests in his accompanying party, including invitees (if any), and/or for any claim or claims of whatsoever nature that may arise against the owners/operators of the property, their associates, servants, employees and/or any person connected, whether directly or indirectly, with the running of the property and/or fellow guests/invitees, which might have arisen out of harm, injury, death, or loss suffered whilst on the premises or property of the property, and whether arising from an act or omission on the part of the owners/operators of the property, their associates, servants, employees and/or any person connected, whether directly or indirectly, with the running of the property.
These Terms and Conditions are required to be agreed to by the Signing Guest(s) and/or their authorised representative at the time of booking.
